If there’s a defect or shipping damage, we’ll repair or replace it under warranty. We will not return the chair due to cosmetic issues. Just contact us and we’ll make it right.

To clean your chair you should simply dust/vacuum the outside cover, wipe the chair using a cloth moistened in a warm mild soap solution, and then wipe with normal water.
