Excellent Purchase Decision
"I experience moderate to severe lower back and peripheral neuropathic pain due to two bulging lumbar discs. This is a recent affliction that has rendered sleeping in my bed untenable due to frequently waking in severe pain. I began sleeping in my ‘standard’ leather recliner in my living room, which provided some relief, but in searching for a better solution I discovered zero gravity recliners and purchased the ZGR. I have been using the ZGR since delivery seven weeks ago for two primary purposes: zero gravity reclining one hour daily to relieve lower back pain and nightly sleep in a position that is around 80% of the zero gravity position. The infinite position adjustments of the seat/back and the footrest enabled me to program an optimal position for sleeping. The zero gravity position completely relieves my lower back pain (albeit temporarily) and the sleep position has provided for increased total hours of sleep with substantially reduced pain upon waking. The lumbar pillow provides exceptional support and thus far has maintained its form after many hours of use, and while the adjustable head pillow is very firm it provides for the proper curvature of the neck and is quite comfortable after getting used to. The construction materials seem to be of high quality and will hopefully be long lasting. At first I felt thicker padding was in order but after use and consideration of my specific condition for which I purchased the ZGR, the firm support is probably in my best interest. I would not consider the ZGR a recliner for everyday ‘recreational’ use but more so for therapeutic use. I do on occasion use the ZGR for watching TV in a second programed position utilizing the heat function for leg pain relief. Overall I deem the ZGR to be a high quality product and my purchase of it an excellent decision."

- Hello Ben, It might be a tight fit! Our ZGR has a width of 30 inches outside of the box. Might take some maneuvering to get it in.
