Return Policy

The Details

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
  • The Svago recliner must be returned in like-new condition, with no scratches or tears in the leather. You must also have all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  • White Glove Delivery is Non-Refundable.
  • In order to return your chair, you must keep the box your Svago chair arrived in. If you need us to provide a new shipping box, you will incur a $450 fee.
  • NOTE: Free curbside pickup is offered for all returns with the 30-day free trial window. The customer must pack the chair back into the box the chair arrived in and put it outside their home. This will allow the delivery company to come pick up the package. 
  • White glove pickup is available for a cost of $250. White glove pickup will include the shipping company coming into your home, packing up the chair, putting it into the box, and then remove it from your home. Please note: if you do not have the box, there will be an additional fee of $450 for the box and then $250 for white glove pickup. 
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Return Process

  • We will help arrange the pick-up or shipping of your Svago return.
  • All items must be packed in the original packaging. This includes Manuals, Parts, and Accessories. Any missing items may result in additional costs.
  • Once your item has been picked up or shipped it can take 3-4 weeks to be returned to our facility.
  • For returns a full refund will be issued after the chair is picked up.
  • In order to return your chair, you will need to keep the box your Svago chair arrived in. 
  • Refunds take 1-3 business days after the chair is picked up.
  • White-Glove Delivery is Non-Refundable.

Exchanges

  • You can exchange your item by applying your return credit to the purchase of a new item.
  • The exchange must be placed within the 30 days trial.
  • All exchange is final sale.
  • White-Glove Delivery is Non-Refundable, and will not be applied to the exchange.

Order Cancelation

  • You can cancel your order for any reason. You have 24 hours from placing your order to cancel your order free of charge. If you decide to cancel your order after the 24 hour period it will be considered a Return and fall under our Return Policy.

  • How long do I have to return my purchase? 
    30 Days from the date of delivery. We do not accept any returns after the 30 day trial.

  • How long does a return take? 
    Returns take 3-4 weeks.
  • When will I get my refund? 
    Once the returned item is picked up, a refund will be issued within 10-15 days after pick up.
  • Do I need to keep the box?  
    Yes, in order to return your chair, you will need to keep the box your Svago chair arrived in. 
  • Please make sure that the white glove delivery service doesn't take the box with them when they install the chair.
  • What are the return conditions? 
    The Svago recliner must be returned in like-new condition, with no scratches or tears in the leather. You must also have all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  • Who will pick up my chair? 
    All items will be picked up using the freight carrier of Svago’s choosing.
  • How long does it take for the pickup? 
    The pick up for return normally happens within 7-10 business days from the date of request. The carrier will make up to three attempts to retrieve the Svago recliner from the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to work with the carrier to make arrangements in order to return the Svago recliner.
  • Do I need to pack my chair back into the box for the return? 
    Yes, for a free return, you must pack the chair back into the box the chair arrived in. 
  • Can you help me with packing the chair back into the box? 
    Yes, we offer white glove pick up. White glove pickup is available for a cost of $250. White glove pickup will include the shipping company coming into your home, packing up the chair, putting it into the box, and then remove it from your home.
