THE DETAILS

CALL US:

If your Svago chair isn’t the right fit, give us a call at 1.844.697.8246 to start the return process. We’ll arrange curbside pickup, and our carrier will contact you to schedule a pickup date and time.

PICKUP:

Pickup is typically scheduled within 7–10 business days. The carrier will make up to three attempts. It is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate directly with the carrier once scheduled. 

KEEP THE BOX FOR THE FIRST 30 DAYS:

Please keep the original box and all packaging during the first 30 days. Returns will not be accepted without original packaging.
If a replacement box is needed, there will be a $450 box fee plus $399.99 for white glove pickup.

RESTOCKING FEE:

All returns are subject to a $450 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund once the chair is received and inspected.

IMPORTANT FOR CERTIFIED RENEWED CHAIRS:

Svago Certified Renewed chairs are final sale and do not qualify for the 30-day in-home trial, return, or exchange. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

KEEP IT CLEAN:

The chair must be returned in like-new condition, free of scratches, stains, or tears.

KEEP IT TOGETHER:

During your trial period keep all paperwork, parts, and accessories together. These must be returned as well in order for us to accept your return.

• Can I keep my free table? No, the table must be returned, if the chairs are returned. 
• If you receive a free table through a bundle purchase or promotional offer (such as spinning the wheel), the following return policy applies:
  Return Requirements:
• If you decide to return the Svago Zero Gravity Chair, you must also return the free table.
  Non-Return of Table:
• If the table is not returned along with the chair, you will be charged the full price of the table plus applicable taxes.
  By purchasing the Svago Zero Gravity Chair and participating in the promotional offer, you agree to these return terms. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our customer support team

IN HOME DELIVERY, ASSEMBLY, AND THRESHOLD DELIVERY ARE NON-REFUNDABLE:

Please note that both "In-home delivery and assembly" and "Threshold delivery" are additional services provided by third-party services and are therefore non-refundable. These services are designed to enhance your experience by bringing your items directly into your home or assembling them for you, ensuring convenience and peace of mind. In addition, if you require white glove pick up there will be an additional $399.99 charge.
