THE DETAILS

CALL US:

If you + our chair isn’t a match made in heaven, give us a call at 1.844.697.8246 so we can arrange for pickup. Our carrier will then contact you to set pick up date and time. Easy!

 

PICK UP:

Our carrier will set up time for pick up within 7-10 business days. The carrier will make up to three attempts at pick up. It is the returner’s responsibility to make these arrangements with the carrier. 

 

KEEP THE BOX FOR THE FIRST 30 DAYS:

Please keep the box and all packaging during the first 30 days after you receive your chair. We cannot accept returns if the product is not in it’s original packaging. See our return policy for more information.

Please Note: There will be a $450 charge if we need to provide a new box

 

KEEP IT CLEAN:

The Svago recliner must be returned in like-new condition with no scratches or tears.

 

KEEP IT TOGETHER:

During your trial period keep all paperwork, parts, and accessories together. These must be returned as well in order for us to accept your return.

 

IN HOME DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY IS NON-REFUNDABLE:

Note: “In home delivery and assembly” is an added service that is performed by a third party service, and is non-refundable.
