Something’s broken or not working right?

Our service technicians know their stuff too. We take great care in making sure they are well-trained, so if you ever need service, help or support with your recliner, it’s never a pain in the neck.


If you need a new part, we’ll send it your way*. If you need in-home service, our In-Home Service Technicians can repair your chair, fix broken parts… if it can’t be fixed, we'll replace it free of charge**.
