"Love this chair! I have severe back pain and several fusions - both lumbar and cervical - and I cannot lay flat to sleep. I have been sleeping in my recliner for several years. Bought this zero gravity chair 1 month ago and getting into the zero gravity recline turns the pain off like a switch. I am sleeping better and therefore feel better in the morning. I can take a break during the day, tilt back and get a decent short rest to re-set. I have not felt this good in years. For reference, I had a spine stimulator for about a year that was then removed and then I bought this chair. The chair works better. Structurally the chair is solid and well made. It is comfortable to sit in. We bought the top grain leather. I am in this chair 12 to 20 hours at a time depending on how I am feeling on any given day. I hope that it lasts. I am extremely critical of how things are made, I despise today's throw away mentality. The chair shipped quickly and I set it up myself in a short period of time. The inside buttons that adjust the chair are in a spot that are near impossible to reach when you have the chair in the zero gravity position. The button for "down" you cannot reach because the chair covers the button up as you tilt back. The remote is really bright. I mean really bright. Burns your retinas bright. The hanger for where the remote hangs off the side of the chair you can't reach when chair is extended all the way back. Where it hangs off the chair is too far forward. The remote should be wireless. This chair comes with the air massage. For me, with my spinal fusions, the air massage is painful. I sat in a different model with a vibrating option which would have been a more desirable option for me. Size - I would love it if this was about 2 inches wider. I am a slight build person. Male, 6', under 200lbs. It would be more comfortable for long term positioning if there was just a little more room to "escape". Memory Foam could be thicker. I feel like I am going to need to replace this fairly quickly even after only a month. Even with the "not so great" parts, this is so far the best thing I've purchased in a long time. I truly hope that it lasts a good while."
"This chair is amazing on many levels. It’s build quality is top notch, with a solid feel and comfort beyond measure. The movement and motors are smooth and quiet. The massage function is very relaxing, and heat feels great. Know that the massage are air chambers, so it’s like a palm of hand on your back compared to fingers being able to really dig in. My only wish, was that the massage function only lasts for 15 minutes, and you have to use the remote to turn it on again. I find myself sometimes very relaxed, then the massage stops, and I have to fumble with the remote to turn it back on. If there was an option to have it last an hour, that would be perfect. Overall though, amazing chair and worth the money!!"
