"We have been using the Motion Mastery for several months. It is an incredible chair. One can perfectly use the controls to make it comfortable for a nap, or an all night sleep. The zero gravity position is one of total relaxation. We did not expect to like the chair as much as we do, and can’t imagine being without it."
"I purchased the Motion Mastery X2 at the end of December, 2024. I had been researching zero gravity recliners since my lower back back surgery 1 month earlier. I have been very happy with the chair using nightly. The chair is very comfortable and I have even fallen asleep in it. After the back surgery getting comfortable was a challenge in regular chairs. I am 6'2" and 195 pounds and the chair fits me very well. I had been concerned as the other chairs in the market are designed for shorter people. I usually recline in zero gravity with the massage and heat on. I have added a tablet stand so I can read the news or watch movies in the chair."
"So far I’m loving the weightlessness of this zero gravity chair this model really lays back. The heat with the massage feels amazing after a long day at work. The only things I feel could use improvement. One being I wish the motor speed was a little quicker in both directions. Two get the wireless remote with your purchase it wasn’t available when I got my chair, but the wired controller definitely has to short of a cord making it hard to use. So far so good it’s expensive, but very enjoyable just do it."
"I have lived with chronic pain for decades and I have always kept hoping for a chair that is adjustable enough to get me into the least painful position (which can change from moment to moment). Finally the Motion Master appeared on my radar and I took the leap to try it out at no risk. It worked! Better than any chair I have tried over the last 30years. So it is not a luxury item for me (I wouldn’t spend this kind of money merely to pamper myself); it is a health expense and it has alleviated more pain for me than many other meds and therapies. It was not a smooth ride, however. The first chair quickly developed a loud noise but Svago did not hesitate to send a replacement. The second chair was damaged in shipping. Again, Svago did not hesitate to send a replacement-this time with white glove service! So my experience is that they not only have created a great product for chronic pain survivors, but they are also trustworthy to follow through with any issues after the sale. David in Tennessee"
"The Motion Mastery: X2 Carbon Leather , 1 month old Wireless Remote The rechargeable, wireless remote opens up more than the base chair features Heat: Base: 1 hour heat Remote: 1 hour heat, temperature is selectable (60, 120 or 180 degrees), Backrest, Seat, and Footrest Heat areas are individually settable to low, Medium, or High. Massage: Basic: 15 min, 2 modes of massage Remote: 15, 30 or 45 min, Massage Modes: Gentle, Relax, Stretch, Wave, Vigorous Memory: Basic: 2 Memories: M1 and M2 Remote: 3 Memories: M1, M2 and M3 Sleep Timer: Basic: Not an Option Remote: Can set to wake up: Max 9hrs 59min Min. 2min (for some reason It counts down 1 min after saving) , so it really is 1 min if you set it to 2. Wakes with a short massage and heat, then positions the chair in the start position. Chair Review It's comfortable, unlimited, manually, variable positions, heat is very good, I normally do not like heat. I took a chance on the chair hoping that it would solve an issue I have with my Love Sac. The issue is not position but, the consistent back pressure created by the Sac, which the chair's airbags alleviates. The heat will stay on for up to an hour. The Love Sac creates plenty of heat but no airbag massage. The wired remote is too short. It needs to be at least 6 inches longer, but the wireless remote solved that issue and more. I'm stating this because the remote's side pouch is almost worthless with the wired remote, but perfect for the wireless. With the wired remote, you have to make a very conscious effort to place the remote in the pouch, so it doesn't fall out, because of the cable, not so with the wireless remote. Laying the wired remote by your side in the chair would be the best alternative, if it would stay there and not flop over the chair's armrest due to a short cable pulling it over. Over time the coiled section of the wired remote will stretch enabling it to be laid next to you in the chair. Being new everything is tight, so it’s going to recoil. The material reminds me of glass in the way fingerprints present themselves. The same result applies to the chair's material. I cleaned prints off of the chair twice before I sat in it. As a result, I cover the chair with a satin sheet to avoid the extra cleaning. Since I have wiped the chair down a couple times, the fingerprints issue is going away, another issue, with it being new. It’s working its way out. In summary, Get the wireless remote, well worth the extra features. If I had the extra cash I would buy a 2nd chair and remote and get rid of the Sac. P. S I bought this for myself. My wife wasn't along for the ride, but she uses it more than me. Most of the time, she boots me out of it, LOL. Happy she got onboard."
