Each chair is professionally inspected, restored, and certified by Svago to ensure like-new performance and safety.
Are these chairs clean and functional?
Yes. All chairs are thoroughly sanitized, tested, and fully functional. Minor cosmetic blemishes may be present but do not affect performance.
What should I expect?
The most common wear is minor chips or scratches on the wood base, usually caused during shipping or returns. These are cosmetic only and do not affect the chair’s function.
Is there a warranty?
Every chair comes with a 1-year standard warranty, which includes one year at home and 2 years parts. Extended warranty is also available at checkout for added peace of mind.
Can I return a refurbished chair?
All refurbished chairs are final sale—no returns or 30-day trials. This allows us to offer them at a lower price.
What if my chair arrives damaged or doesn’t work?
If there’s a defect or shipping damage, we’ll repair or replace it under warranty. We will not return the chair due to cosmetic issues. Just contact us and we’ll make it right.
