The Details

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
  • The Svago recliner must be returned in like-new condition, with no scratches or tears in the leather. You must also have all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  • White Glove Delivery is Non-Refundable.
  • In order to return your chair, you will need to keep the box your Svago chair arrived in. Our pick up team will pack the chair into the box for you when they come to collect it. Note that there will be a $450 charge if we need to provide a new box.

Initiating a Return

  • Please reference your Order Number or Customer Information.
  • Please let us know if there is any specific reason for the return.

Return Process

  • We will help arrange the pick-up or shipping of your Svago return.
  • All items must be packed in the original packaging. This includes Manuals, Parts, and Accessories. Any missing items may result in additional costs.
  • Once your item has been picked up or shipped it can take 3-4 weeks to be returned to our facility.
  • For returns a full refund will be issued minus a Flat Rate Fee of $450.
  • White Glove Delivery is Non-Refundable.

Exchanges

  • You can exchange your item by applying your return credit to the purchase of a new item.

  • How long do I have to return my purchase?

  • How long does a return take?
    Returns take 3-4 weeks.
  • When will I get my refund?
    Once the returned item is picked up, a refund will be issued within 15 days after pick up.

    The Svago recliner must be returned in like-new condition, with no scratches or tears in the leather. You must also have all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  • Who will pick up my chair? 
    All items will be picked up using the freight carrier of Svago’s choosing.
  • How long does it take for the pickup? 
    The pick up for return normally happens within 7-10 business days from the date of request. The carrier will make up to three attempts to retrieve the Svago recliner from the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to work with the carrier to make arrangements in order to return the Svago recliner.
