How do I clean my Svago chair?

To clean your chair you should simply dust/vacuum the outside cover, wipe the chair using a cloth moistened in a warm mild soap solution, and then wipe with normal water. Do not use saddle soap, polishes, or waxes. While care is very minimal, please review your owners manual. The various user manuals can be downloaded here.

What If I experience a problem with my Svago chair?

What is the weight capacity on a Svago chair?

Our Svago chairs can safely hold up to 300 LBS.

Shipping and Assembly

What shipping method is used?

Shipping methods vary based on your preferred delivery method. We ship curbside and also provide you with the option of in home delivery and assembly. Learn about our shipping options here. Shipping

Can I request a specific date and time for my delivery?

We cannot guarantee a specific date and time for delivery. Please plan on 10-14 days for your chair to arrive. For “in homedelivery and assembly”, the delivery service will work with you to set up a day and time.

Is the chair already assembled upon arrival to my house? How easy is assembly?

Your Svago recliner will not come fully assembled, but is very easy to put together and requires no tools. Please see the assembly video here.

Our Svago chairs are made in our state of the art factory in Xiamen, China.

Returns

What is the 30 day free trial return policy?

Please refer to our "30 day free trial page" for our return policy. It is stated there in its complete form.

How long do I have to return my purchase? 

30 Days from the date of delivery. We do not accept any returns after the 30 day trial.

How do I return my item? 

To return your chair you will need to keep your receipt and your chair’s box and provide us with information about your chair and trial. We will help coordinate the return shipping.

How long does a return take? 

Returns take 3-4 weeks.

When will I get my refund?

Once the returned item is picked up, a refund will be issued within 15 days after pick up.

Do I need to keep the box?

Yes, in order to return your chair, you will need to keep the box your Svago chair arrived in. Our pick up team will pack the chair into the box for you when they come to collect it. Note that there will be a $450 charge if we need to provide a new box.

What are the return conditions?

The Svago recliner must be returned in like-new condition, with no scratches or tears in the leather. You must also have all paperwork, parts, and accessories.

Who will pick up my chair? 

All items will be picked up using the freight carrier of Svago’s choosing.

How long does it take for the pickup?

The pick up for return normally happens within 7-10 business days from the date of request. The carrier will make up to three attempts to retrieve the Svago recliner from the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to work with the carrier to make arrangements in order to return the Svago recliner.

Tax

Will sales tax be charged?

Sales tax will not be charged, with exception to sales in the state of California. Please see your state’s requirements for sales tax.
